Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If our customers are not completely satisfied with any product that is purchased from Rob Fort's Art Xtreme, for whatever reason, the item may be returned, prepaid, within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly replace, exchange, or credit the items. We do ask that the item be returned in the same condition as received with all of the original paperwork. 
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any replacement item will incur freight costs when exchanging goods, for different size or model.
Please order goods carefully - As mentioned we are happy to exchange goods, where the customer has made a mistake in the ordering however this can not be at our expense. All freight costs must be paid for exchange items.
No returns are accepted on used items or items that are not in original condition.
Special order items are also non-returnable.

Collecting your personal information - at Rob Fort's Art Xtreme, we protect customer information and provide a safe and secure on-line ordering system. Our on-line ordering system is used to gather information about our customers, enabling us to provide the complete on-line ordering service. No information is collected when browsing our web site. Once you have registered on the web site your personal details will be stored in the Rob Fort's Art Xtreme database so your on-line purchasing is easier in the future, and prompt assistance if you require support.

Use and security of your personal Information - we collect your contact information (name, address, e-mail address, and phone numbers), to process your order. This information will be kept confidential and at no time will this information be traded, swapped, exchanged or sold to any other party or company. Rob Fort's Art Xtreme will not use this information for any other purpose than to complete a customer order, or to communicate with the customer to discuss associated problems or delays concerning their order(s). We may share this information and only that information which is absolutely necessary, with those third parties that are involved in the processing of your order. For example, the financial institution that issued your credit card and the shipping carrier that delivers your order. All customer information is kept on a secure server and protected by firewall security systems. Customers can access and update their details by logging into Art Xtreme web store. The access is achieved by using the customer number and a password. Passwords are stored using one-way encryption technology. Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

Email - It is the policy of Yak Fish Productions and Rob Fort's Art Xtreme to send our customers emails that they elect to receive, in addition to customary business communications (payment confirmations, etc.) Further, it is our policy to immediately remove any member from any mailing list upon the members request. In addition, Yak Fish Productions and Rob Fort's Art Xtreme will send periodic email mail outs to its database of customers and club members. Mail outs will contain clear and obvious instructions for the member to remove themselves from future mail outs. Email is also utilized as a means of receiving feedback from our customers, and we encourage the use of this method.


We pride ourselves on high customer service and prompt dispatch of goods ordered through our on-line store. Its our goal to not only get your goods to you at an efficient rate but also provide reasonable costs.Within New Zealand.

All orders will be shipped via the most economical carrier. Shipping costs vary between mainland New Zealand locations and because of this we use a number of freight companies. The main courier used is Posthaste  who call into our premises twice each business day and provide efficient delivery times. NZ Post is also utilized for economical freight options to the South Island as well as international and customers who requires less urgency.  

Our shipping options are made up of the following classifications.

  • Auckland, Hamilton and Tauranga (non rural) - Overnight courier service (1day) - Rate $10.00
  • North Island (non rural) - Courier service (1 - 3 day) - Rate $12.90
  • Rural Delivery (optional extra) - Courier service (1 - 3 day) - Rate $5.90
  • NZ Post Parcel Post - Postal service NZ Wide (2-4 day) - Rate $6.00 - 14.00
  • NZ Post Parcel Post Tracked - Optional extra Postal service NZ Wide (2-4 day) - Rate $3.50 - 14.00
  • South Island - Larger parcels are treated individually and the best options are sourced from our freight providers, then offered to the customer at the same cost. The customer is notified about freight options once the order has been processed through this website. If a customer requires a cost prior to processing the order then they will need to contact us.
  • Chatham Island, Great Barrier and Waiheke Island: We will ship to these locations but the purchaser will be required to pay actual freight cost

Delivery Times we will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. 

Rob Fort's Art Xtreme ship 99% of orders on the same day as order is received (dispatched week days only). In some cases please allow 3-5 days for goods to be shipped, as sometimes either due to high demand we may run out and have to wait for stock from our suppliers.

Dispatch and delivery times can vary when a parcel requires an inquiry on freight options. With courier service most North Island non residential and residential address's will receive goods the next day. Christchurch in the South Island is 2 to 3 days for delivery of goods once shipped.

We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped.

Terms of shipping - Please note that a "per order" fee includes administration costs of processing orders. If you make more than one order at a similar time then we may send the two orders together. It is not our policy to give freight refunds for orders shipped together as this incurs further administration costs. The freight costs we offer are at our cost. To avoid paying freight twice please be sure you have included all items in your original order prior to confirming the order. We only ship goods to Physical Addresses, as couriers can not deliver to a P.O. Box. If a parcel is small enough to be sent to a P.O. Box and you don't provide a Physical address as an alternative, then we may at our discretion send to that P.O. Box. Sending to a P.O.Box means there will be no cover on the goods, so the customer takes all responsibility. If the Post office say it was delivered to your box and it has not, then the only redress will be to personally take the issue up with them.

International Shipping - We ship parcels internationally, including: Australia. USA, New Caledonia, American Samoa, England, and most other places. International Parcel - MAXIMUM SIZE - no longer than 1.5m and no more than 20kg, Oversize item will require special packing and shipping and are subject to pricing. 

The freight charges for all international orders will be calculated on the parcel individually and the best options are sourced from our freight providers, then offered to the customer at the same cost. The customer is notified about freight options once the order has been processed through this website. If a customer requires a cost prior to processing the order then, they need to contact us. We will notify the customer of the freight and cost options by email and once a choice has been made then a money request will be emailed through from Paypal. We don't ship to Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Nigeria or Malaysia under any circumstances.

Receipt of Goods - We take the utmost care when packing goods and this is done exceptionally well to ensure your purchased items arrive in perfect condition, however please note: When you receive the parcel from the courier check it carefully for any signs of damage and if so open the parcel in front of the delivery person. 

If the goods are damaged in transit - DO NOT sign for them. Once you have signed for goods, The couriers will not honor any claims. If you sign for damaged goods Yak Fish Productions and Rob Fort's Art Xtreme can not take any responsibility for goods damaged in transit.  There is no problems having goods replaced if damage is noted to the courier prior to signing.


Product descriptions, typographic, pricing and photographic errors are unintentional and subject to correction. We regret, but are not liable for, incorrect photos or typographical errors. We reserve the right to refuse any order, for any reason.
