Shipping and Returns
Shipping and Returns – We aim to have 99% of our products in stock to make our deliveries as quick as possible. Most items that are in stock are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Using the Posthaste courier option means most items are delivered overnight in the North Island & 2-3 days for the South Island. Bigger items may take a bit longer but we will let you know this during your order. Please allow up to 5 working days for rural delivery addresses

Every Rob Fort's Art Xtreme and Yak Fish NZ order is packed to ensure all products are received in perfect condition.
If you are at all concerned with the state of your Rob Fort's Art Xtreme and Yak Fish NZ products upon delivery do not hesitate in calling us on (07) 866 7466 to discuss your issues with the product. If you have purchased something and wish to return it due to wrong sizing or colour etc, then it is up to you to organise shipping and pay for the shipping costs associated with sending it back to us.
Please note – we do not have a change of mind policy so please choose carefully as no refunds are given if you change your mind. However we will offer you a store credit provided the item is returned in the original packaging and the item is unused. We will need the item returned to us for inspection before this credit can be applied to ensure the item has not been used.

Click and Collect
For Click and Collect orders – once your order is ready to be picked up we will call you on the number provided.
Standard shipping rates are provided during the Checkout process and the purchaser is required to select the appropriate option relevant to your location address. If you do not select the correct shipping option we will contact you directly to alter/adjust accordingly.
Please note if you are purchasing a bulk and or fragile item or live at a rural address extra costs will be required. We will contact you directly before sending your order if this is the case.
